AML Anti-Fraud Policy

Updated

1. Purpose

Onfans AI is operated by AVENORA AI LABS LTD (company registration number HE 495249).

Onfans does not tolerate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, payment abuse, identity misuse, or other unlawful financial activity. This AML/Anti-Fraud Policy describes the controls we may use to prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious activity connected to the Services.

2. Money Laundering

Money laundering is the process of concealing the origin, ownership, movement, or destination of funds obtained through unlawful activity so that the funds appear legitimate. Users may not use the Services, payments, refunds, tokens, credits, subscriptions, or accounts for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or related unlawful conduct.

3. Fraud

Fraud includes obtaining money, services, access, credits, refunds, digital items, or other value through deception, unauthorized payment methods, stolen credentials, false identity, chargeback abuse, account takeover, phishing, manipulation, or other dishonest conduct.

Fraud is prohibited and may result in transaction cancellation, account suspension, termination, reporting, or legal action.

4. Controls and Monitoring

We may use a combination of automated systems, manual review, payment-provider tools, risk scoring, identity or age verification, device and IP analysis, sanctions screening, velocity checks, and support review to identify suspicious activity.

We may work with payment processors, banks, card networks, crypto payment providers, fraud-prevention vendors, hosting providers, legal advisers, regulators, and law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Red Flags

Examples of activity that may trigger review include:

  • multiple payment attempts with different cards, names, countries, wallets, or billing details;
  • rapid purchases, refunds, failed payments, or repeated subscription changes in a short period;
  • payment attempts from high-risk, sanctioned, anonymized, proxy, VPN, or previously flagged IP addresses;
  • new accounts making unusual purchases, high-volume transactions, or activity inconsistent with ordinary use;
  • use of disposable email addresses, compromised accounts, stolen credentials, or mismatched account data;
  • chargebacks or refund requests that appear abusive, duplicate, fabricated, or inconsistent with platform records;
  • attempts to bypass sanctions, geographic restrictions, age checks, identity checks, payment controls, or fraud systems;
  • transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, jurisdictions, or prohibited payment sources.

6. Sanctions and Restricted Transactions

We may block or reject transactions, accounts, or access associated with sanctioned countries, sanctioned persons or entities, restricted payment sources, high-risk regions, or other legally prohibited activity.

If we determine that a transaction or account may involve a sanctioned party, unlawful activity, or unacceptable risk, we may freeze or cancel the transaction, suspend the account, preserve relevant records, and take additional action required or permitted by law.

7. Investigation and Enforcement

When suspicious activity is detected or reported, we may investigate account activity, payment records, device and IP data, Content metadata, support interactions, verification results, and transaction history.

Depending on the findings, we may decline payments, reverse or withhold credits, restrict withdrawals or refunds where applicable, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, dispute chargebacks, report to payment partners or authorities, and cooperate with lawful requests.

8. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate payment and account information, use only payment methods they are authorized to use, comply with applicable sanctions and financial laws, and cooperate with reasonable verification or investigation requests.

Failure to cooperate, providing false information, or attempting to evade controls may result in loss of access to the Services.

9. Contact

To report suspected fraud, payment abuse, sanctions issues, or AML concerns, contact support@onfans.ai.

Complaint Policy

Updated

1. Purpose

Onfans aims to handle complaints fairly, promptly, confidentially, and consistently. This Complaint Policy explains how users, affected individuals, and other parties may submit complaints about the Services, Content, billing, moderation, safety, rights, privacy, or other issues.

2. Customer Support

Our support team receives and reviews complaints and inquiries. Complaints are handled with reasonable professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality. We may involve trust and safety, billing, privacy, legal, technical, or compliance personnel depending on the issue.

3. How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted by email to support@onfans.ai. To help us investigate quickly, include:

  • your name or display name and the email address associated with your account, if applicable;
  • a clear description of the complaint and the result you are requesting;
  • dates, times, transaction IDs, content links, character names, account identifiers, or other relevant references;
  • screenshots, receipts, attachments, or other supporting materials where helpful;
  • whether the issue involves immediate safety, illegal content, minors, privacy, payment fraud, or rights infringement.

4. Acknowledgment

We aim to acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 72 hours after receiving it. For urgent safety or illegal-content reports, we may take immediate interim action before sending a full response.

5. Investigation and Resolution

We will review the complaint, request additional information where necessary, and evaluate relevant account, content, payment, technical, moderation, or support records.

We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days after receiving enough information to assess them. Complex matters, legal requests, payment disputes, or issues requiring third-party cooperation may take longer; where practical, we will provide updates.

If we identify illegal or clearly non-compliant Content, we may remove or restrict it immediately and take account-level action as appropriate.

6. Outcomes

Possible outcomes include explanation, technical correction, content removal, account restriction, reversal or modification of a moderation decision, refund or credit where eligible, escalation to a service provider, or referral to legal, payment, or safety teams.

We may decline complaints that are abusive, duplicative, unsupported, outside our control, or inconsistent with our Terms and policies.

7. Escalation

If you disagree with the initial resolution, you may request escalation within a reasonable time by replying to the support thread and explaining why you believe the outcome was incorrect or incomplete.

Escalated complaints are reviewed by personnel or teams not directly responsible for the original decision where practical. We will notify you of the escalation outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Confidentiality

We treat complaints and supporting materials confidentially, but may share information as necessary to investigate, comply with law, enforce policies, protect users, communicate with service providers, or resolve the matter.

9. Contact

All complaints and follow-up inquiries should be sent to support@onfans.ai.

Content Moderation Policy

Updated

1. Purpose and Scope

Onfans AI is operated by AVENORA AI LABS LTD (company registration number HE 495249).

Onfans AI (the “Platform”) is an adult AI companion service. Users converse with AI characters, generate images and video from prompts, and create and publish characters that other users can interact with. Every one of these surfaces is capable of producing or carrying content, and each is therefore subject to moderation.

This Policy sets out what content is prohibited on the Platform, the technical and operational controls that enforce those prohibitions, what happens when a control fails, what enforcement action follows a violation, and what records are kept. It is the authoritative description of content moderation at Onfans AI and supersedes any prior description of these controls.

1.1 Scope. This Policy covers:

  • conversational text submitted by users to AI characters;
  • image and video generation prompts, whether written by the user directly or derived by the Platform from an ongoing conversation;
  • user-created characters, including every user-supplied field (name, description, greeting message, personality, tags and all free-text attributes) and every associated image;
  • user account avatars;
  • the output of all generative models operated or integrated by the Platform.

No user upload path. All imagery and video on the Platform is produced by the Platform’s own generation models. Users cannot upload photographs or video files, and there is no file-upload capability on any surface. Every image associated with a character, an avatar or a conversation therefore originated from a prompt that passed the controls in Section 7. This materially shapes the control design described in this Policy: the entire media risk surface is the prompt-to-generation path, not an intake of third-party files.

This Policy does not cover information security, payment fraud, or age assurance of Platform users, each of which is governed by its own policy. Where those policies interact with moderation — for example, where a moderation finding triggers an account termination that also has payment implications — the interaction is described here.

1.2 In-house moderation. Onfans AI operates its moderation stack in-house. No third-party moderation vendor is used for the classification decisions described in this Policy. All dictionaries, pattern sets, classifier prompts, thresholds and decision logic are owned, maintained, versioned and audited by Onfans AI. This gives the Platform full control over policy changes and full visibility into every decision, and places full accountability for moderation quality on the Trust & Safety function.

2. Governing Principles

The following principles determine how the controls in this Policy are designed and how ambiguity is resolved in operation.

PrincipleWhat it means in practice
Prevention over takedownProhibited content is blocked before it is generated, not detected after publication. Blocking happens upstream of the model call, so the prohibited material is never produced in the first place.
Fail closedIf a moderation control cannot execute — dictionary unavailable, classifier timeout, log write failure — the request is denied. Loss of a safety control is never permitted to result in unmoderated output.
Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitationContent that sexualises minors is the highest-severity category. It is never subject to a warning ladder, a strike system, or a discretionary exception. See Section 9.
Defence in depthEvery content surface passes through at least two independent controls of different types (deterministic pattern matching and model-based classification), so that a bypass of one does not produce an unmoderated result.
Untrusted inputAll user-supplied text is treated as data, never as instruction. Classifier prompts are constructed so that user content cannot alter the classifier’s task, output format or verdict.
AuditabilityEvery moderation decision produces a durable record sufficient to reconstruct, after the fact, what was submitted, which control fired, what the verdict was, and what enforcement followed.
No commercial benefit from a blockA blocked generation consumes no tokens and no user credits. The user is not charged for a request the Platform refused.

3. Definitions

TermDefinition
MinorAny natural person under 18 years of age, and any depicted or described character presented as, implied to be, or reasonably appearing to be under 18 years of age, irrespective of any age stated elsewhere.
CSAM / CSEMChild sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitative material: any visual depiction, textual description or solicitation of a minor in a sexual context, whether photographic, drawn, or synthetically generated.
NormalisationThe transformation applied to user text before pattern matching, which removes common obfuscation techniques so that evasive spellings resolve to their canonical form.
Pattern dictionaryThe database-held, versioned set of prohibited patterns evaluated against normalised text in Layer 1.
ClassifierA model-based control that returns a verdict on submitted content from a closed set of permitted responses.
Hard blockA terminal decision that permanently prevents the request from proceeding and cannot be retried, appealed at the request level, or overridden by the user.
Fail-closedThe design property whereby unavailability or error in a control results in denial rather than allowance.
QuarantineRestricted-access preservation of violating material for legal and evidentiary purposes, with access limited to designated personnel and every access logged.

4. Prohibited Content

The following categories are prohibited across every surface of the Platform. The category codes below are used consistently in classifier outputs, logs, moderation queues and enforcement records.

CodeCategoryScope of prohibition
MINMinorsAny sexual, suggestive or exploitative depiction or description of a minor; any character presented as a minor in a sexual context; any content that sexualises childhood, including school, nursery, toy or infancy framing used sexually.
AGEExplicit under-age indicatorsAny stated, implied or numerically expressed age from 1 to 17 attached to a sexual context, including birth-year arithmetic, school grade or year, and euphemistic age markers.
NCNNon-consentRape, coercion, blackmail, incapacitation, sleep or unconsciousness, drugging, trafficking, and any scenario in which a depicted party cannot or does not consent.
VIOViolenceGraphic violence, torture, mutilation, gore, and sexualised violence intended to depict genuine harm.
SUISelf-harm and suicideEncouragement, instruction, glorification or graphic depiction of suicide, self-harm or disordered eating.
HATHateContent that dehumanises, degrades or incites hostility against a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic, and hate symbols used to that end.
DRGDrugsInstruction in the manufacture or acquisition of controlled substances, and depiction of drug use as part of an incapacitation or non-consent scenario.

Also prohibited and enforced through the same controls: bestiality; depiction of identifiable real persons in sexual contexts without consent, including public figures; content designed to facilitate criminal activity; and impersonation of a real person in a character profile.

5. Moderation Architecture — Overview

Moderation operates in three layers, distinguished by the surface they protect and the point in the request lifecycle at which they act. Layers 1 and 2 are preventive and run before any generative model is invoked. Layer 3 governs content that would become visible to other users.

LayerSurfaceControlsTimingEffect of a block
Layer 1Conversational text in chatNormalisation + pattern dictionaryBefore the LLM callRequest never reaches the model; message permanently removed from dialogue context
Layer 2Image and video generation promptsCategory patterns (7 categories) + independent LLM classifierBefore generation startsGeneration does not start; no tokens or credits consumed
Layer 3Published characters and user avatarsMultimodal review of all fields and images; separate vision check for avatarsBefore publication, on creation and on every editContent is not published; routed to rejection or manual review

A single user action may traverse more than one layer. A user who asks a character in chat to generate an image, for example, passes Layer 1 on the chat message and Layer 2 on the resulting generation prompt, including where that prompt was composed by the Platform’s own model rather than typed by the user.

6. Layer 1 — Pre-Generation Text Moderation (Conversational)

Layer 1 governs every text message a user sends to an AI character. It executes synchronously, before the message is added to the dialogue context and before any request is dispatched to the language model.

6.1 Normalisation. Raw user input is first normalised, so that pattern matching is performed against a canonical form rather than against whatever obfuscation the user applied. Normalisation is deliberately aggressive; it is applied only to the copy of the message used for matching, never to the message the user sees. It removes at minimum:

  • leetspeak and digit substitution — numeric and symbolic characters standing in for letters;
  • Cyrillic and Unicode homoglyphs — visually identical characters drawn from other alphabets used to defeat Latin-script matching, together with confusable and combining-mark forms;
  • character spacing and interstitial padding — deliberate separation of letters by spaces, punctuation, dots or invisible characters;
  • case, repetition and diacritics — case folding, collapse of repeated characters, and removal of accents.

6.2 Pattern matching. The normalised message is evaluated against the prohibited pattern dictionary held in the database. The dictionary is versioned; the version in force at the time of evaluation is recorded with the decision, so that any historical verdict can be reproduced against the exact pattern set that produced it. Patterns are added by Trust & Safety on the basis of observed evasion attempts, incident review and category coverage gaps.

6.3 Effect of a match. A match is terminal for that message. Specifically:

  • the request is not dispatched to the language model — no inference is performed on prohibited input;
  • the message is permanently excluded from the dialogue context: it is not retained as conversational history and cannot influence any subsequent generation in that dialogue, including through summarisation or long-term memory;
  • the user receives a system notice stating that the message was blocked for violating the content policy — the notice does not identify which pattern matched, which category fired, or how the message might be reformulated;
  • the decision is written to the moderation log with the message identifier, user identifier, matched category, dictionary version and timestamp;
  • the event increments the user’s violation counter, which feeds the enforcement ladder in Section 11.

Design rationale for context exclusion: permitting a blocked message to persist in dialogue history would allow a user to establish a prohibited premise across several turns and then elicit output that no single message would have produced. Excluding blocked content from context removes that path entirely.

6.4 Fail-closed conditions. Layer 1 denies the request, rather than allowing it, where the pattern dictionary cannot be loaded from the database, is empty, or fails its integrity check, and where the moderation decision cannot be written to the log. In both cases the message is blocked and the user receives the standard block notice. An operational alert is raised to the on-call engineer, because both conditions indicate infrastructure failure rather than user misconduct. A block arising from a fail-closed condition is recorded as such and does not increment the user’s violation counter.

7. Layer 2 — Pre-Generation Media Moderation (Image and Video)

Layer 2 governs every prompt that would result in an image or video generation. It applies two independent controls of different types in sequence, both before generation begins.

7.1 Control A — category pattern matching. The prompt is evaluated against category-specific pattern sets covering the seven prohibited categories defined in Section 4: MIN, AGE, DRG, VIO, SUI, HAT and NCN. The AGE set is explicitly constructed to catch numerically expressed ages from 1 to 17 in all common written forms, including digits, words, ranges, school-year references and arithmetic constructions. The same normalisation described in Section 6.1 is applied before matching. This control is deterministic: it is fast, cheap, and produces identical results for identical input, which makes it suitable as the first gate and as the reproducible basis for audit.

7.2 Control B — independent LLM classifier. Prompts that pass Control A are submitted to a dedicated classification model. The classifier is separate from the generation model and has a single task: return a verdict.

  • Closed output vocabulary: the classifier returns exactly one token — ALLOW, or the code of the violated category. Any response outside this vocabulary is invalid and is treated as a block.
  • Injection resistance: the user’s prompt is passed to the classifier as delimited data inside a structured envelope, never as instruction. Attempts to redefine the task, request a different output format, claim authorisation, or assert an exception are themselves signals of evasion.
  • Purpose separation: the classifier never generates content, never sees system credentials, and has no capability beyond returning a verdict.

7.3 Effect of a block. Generation does not start: no image or video is produced, not even transiently. No tokens or credits are consumed — the user is not charged for a refused request. The user receives a generic policy notice that does not disclose the matched category or the operative pattern. The decision, including the category code and the control that fired, is logged.

7.4 Verdict caching and abuse throttling. Classifier verdicts are cached against a hash of the normalised prompt. The cache removes redundant classification cost for prompts already adjudicated, and it makes systematic probing ineffective: a user who resubmits minor variants of a blocked prompt receives the cached block without a fresh model call. Repeated blocked attempts within a short window trigger progressive rate limiting on the generation endpoint and raise the account for review under Section 11. Cache entries are invalidated when the classifier version or category definitions change, so a policy update takes effect immediately rather than being masked by stale verdicts.

7.5 Platform-composed prompts. Where a generation prompt is composed by the Platform’s own language model from the state of an ongoing conversation, rather than typed by the user, two controls apply. The composing model’s system prompt contains an explicit prohibition on producing scene descriptions in any of the seven categories, so the prohibited prompt is not composed in the first place. Independently, the composed prompt is then subject to the full Layer 2 pipeline described above, on the same terms as a user-written prompt. Every prompt reaching the generator, regardless of authorship, has passed Controls A and B.

8. Layer 3 — Published Content Moderation

Layer 3 governs content that becomes visible to users other than its author. Because published content has a wider blast radius than a private conversation, the standard applied is stricter and the option of routing to human review is used more readily.

8.1 Characters. A character is reviewed as a whole, on creation and again on every subsequent edit. Editing an approved character does not inherit its prior approval. The complete character submission is passed to a multimodal model in a single evaluation: every user-populated field — character name, description, personality, greeting message, tags and all other free-text attributes — together with every associated image. Evaluating the fields and the images jointly is deliberate: a benign image paired with a description establishing a prohibited premise, or an innocuous description paired with a violating image, is a violation that per-field review would miss. The evaluation returns one of three outcomes:

OutcomeEffectFollow-up
OKCharacter is publishedDecision logged; character remains subject to user reporting and to re-review on any edit
Manual reviewCharacter is withheld from publication pending human decisionEnters the moderation queue; author is notified that review is in progress; a human moderator approves, rejects with reason, or escalates
RejectedCharacter is not publishedAuthor receives the rejection reason at category level; the violation is recorded against the account and feeds the enforcement ladder

8.2 User avatars. Account avatars are subject to a separate vision-model check before they are applied. Avatars are evaluated independently of character review because an avatar is displayed across the Platform detached from the character description, tags or conversation that accompanied its generation. An avatar that does not pass is rejected and never becomes visible to other users.

8.3 Fail-closed behaviour. If the automated review fails or times out, the character is not published. It is routed to the manual moderation queue and remains unpublished until a human moderator issues a decision. Under no circumstance does a failure of the automated control result in publication. The same rule applies to avatars: a failed or timed-out vision check results in the avatar being rejected, not accepted.

8.4 Post-publication controls. Publication is not final. Published characters remain subject to:

  • user reporting, which routes the character to the manual queue and, for reports alleging MIN or AGE, suspends its visibility immediately pending review;
  • re-review on every edit, as described in Section 8.1;
  • retrospective re-scanning of the published catalogue when category definitions, classifier prompts or thresholds are materially changed, so that policy updates apply to content already live and not only to new submissions.

9. Child Sexual Abuse Material — Zero Tolerance

Content that sexualises minors is prohibited absolutely. It is not subject to a warning, a strike system, a graduated response, a discretionary exception, or any business consideration. This section takes precedence over every other provision of this Policy.

9.1 Detection points. The MIN and AGE categories are enforced at every layer: in the Layer 1 chat dictionary, in the Layer 2 category patterns and classifier, in the Layer 3 multimodal character review, and in the avatar vision check. A single control is never the only barrier.

9.2 Immediate response. On a confirmed detection at Layer 3 — that is, on an attempt to publish or apply material assessed as CSAM — the following actions execute immediately and automatically:

  • the submission is hard-blocked: the character or image is not published, is not stored in any user-visible location, and cannot be resubmitted;
  • the account is suspended immediately, before any human review, with all generative capability, publication capability and purchasing capability disabled;
  • an alert is raised to the dedicated security channel, naming the on-call Trust & Safety owner responsible for the case;
  • the material and the full surrounding evidentiary record are placed in restricted-access quarantine, where every access is logged and attributable;
  • a case is opened for human review by a designated Trust & Safety reviewer, who confirms or overturns the automated assessment and initiates external reporting where the assessment is confirmed.

The user is not told which control fired or on what basis. The notice states that the account has been suspended for a severe policy violation. Detailed feedback in this category teaches evasion and, where the material is genuinely criminal, risks alerting a subject to an investigation.

9.3 Enforcement standard. A distinction is drawn between the severity of the signal, because the two carry materially different false-positive profiles and materially different real-world implications.

TriggerEnforcement
Confirmed CSAM in submitted or published material — a generated image, avatar or character submission assessed as CSAM and confirmed on human reviewPermanent account termination. No appeal on the merits of the material. Quarantine, external reporting, and propagation of the ban across email, payment instrument and device signals.
Text prompt seeking sexual content involving a minor — a Layer 1 or Layer 2 block in the MIN or AGE categoriesHard block of the request, formal warning on first instance, permanent termination on repetition within the defined window. Any prompt that is explicit and unambiguous rather than incidental escalates immediately.

Where a violation is confirmed, no refund of unused balance is issued, and the account and its content are retained in the state required for evidentiary purposes rather than deleted on request.

9.4 External reporting. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the competent authorities and to the relevant reporting body for the jurisdictions in which the Platform operates and is incorporated. Reporting obligations in this area are mandatory, time-bound, and jurisdiction-specific, and they carry obligations to preserve rather than destroy the material for a defined period. The Platform maintains a documented reporting procedure identifying the applicable body, the responsible named individual, the required timeframe and the preservation period.

10. Fail-Closed Behaviour and Availability

Every moderation control on the Platform denies on failure. The table below is the complete statement of failure behaviour and is binding on implementation.

Failure conditionBehaviour
Layer 1 pattern dictionary unavailable or fails integrity checkMessage blocked
Layer 1 moderation log write failsMessage blocked; no decision proceeds without a durable record
Layer 2 classifier unavailable, times out, or returns an invalid responseGeneration blocked; no credits consumed
Layer 3 character review fails or times outCharacter not published; routed to manual queue
Avatar vision check fails or times outAvatar rejected
Manual review queue exceeds capacityContent remains unpublished

The consequence of this design is accepted explicitly: a moderation outage degrades Platform availability rather than Platform safety. Availability targets for moderation infrastructure are set accordingly, and moderation components are treated as tier-one services for monitoring and on-call purposes.

11. Enforcement Ladder

Enforcement is proportionate to severity and to repetition, with the exception of Section 9, which is not subject to gradation. Violation counters are maintained per account and per category.

SeverityCategoriesFirst instanceRepetition
CriticalMIN, AGE (confirmed in submitted content, or unambiguous intent)Immediate suspension pending review; termination on confirmationNot applicable — terminal on first confirmation
HighMIN, AGE (ambiguous text prompt), NCNRequest blocked; formal warningTermination on the defined repeat threshold within the review window
StandardVIO, SUI, HAT, DRGRequest blocked; counter incrementedEscalating: warning, then temporary generation restriction, then suspension, then termination
PublicationAny category detected at Layer 3Content rejected with category-level reasonRepeated rejections restrict the ability to publish new characters pending review

Blocks arising from fail-closed conditions are excluded from violation counters, since they reflect infrastructure state rather than user conduct. Detection of a coordinated evasion attempt — systematic probing, obfuscation testing, or classifier injection attempts — is itself treated as a High-severity violation regardless of the category being probed.

12. Appeals and User Remediation

Users may appeal enforcement actions taken against their account, subject to the following:

  • appeals are reviewed by a human moderator who was not involved in the original decision;
  • the appeal outcome and its reasoning are recorded against the original decision, and the pair is used as a quality signal under Section 16;
  • an appeal upheld in the user’s favour reverses the enforcement action and decrements the violation counter;
  • appeals do not disclose the operative pattern, dictionary entry or classifier prompt, since disclosure would compromise the control;
  • confirmed CSAM determinations are not appealable on the merits of the material — an appeal in this category is limited to the question of identity: whether the account was compromised or the action was applied to the wrong account.

13. Manual Review Operations

Human moderators handle the manual review queue, appeals, escalations and the highest-severity cases. The following operational requirements apply:

  • access control — moderation tooling is accessible only to designated personnel, and access to quarantined material is separately gated and restricted to a named subset of trained reviewers;
  • attribution — every human decision records the reviewer identity, timestamp, verdict and reason code;
  • training — reviewers are trained on category definitions, escalation paths and the specific handling requirements of the CSAM procedure before receiving queue access;
  • reviewer welfare — reviewers exposed to high-severity material are subject to exposure limits, rotation and access to support;
  • service levels — queue targets are set by severity, with the CSAM escalation path carrying the shortest target and a named on-call owner at all times.

14. Logging, Records and Retention

Every moderation decision, automated or human, produces a durable record. Where a decision cannot be recorded, the decision defaults to a block, as set out in Section 10.

14.1 Record contents. A moderation record contains, at minimum: the decision identifier; the account identifier; the surface and layer; the control that produced the verdict; the category code; the version of the dictionary, pattern set or classifier prompt in force; the timestamp; the enforcement action taken; and, for human decisions, the reviewer identity and reason code.

14.2 Retention.

Record typeRetention
Layer 3 publication decisions (characters, avatars)7 years
Layer 1 and Layer 2 block decisions7 years
Quarantined material in the CSAM categoryAs required by applicable law and preservation obligations; never deleted on user request
Human review and appeal records7 years

Blocked message content is retained in the moderation log for the retention period. It is retained separately from conversational history and is never reintroduced into any dialogue context, in line with Section 6.3.

15. Roles and Responsibilities

RoleResponsibility
Head of Trust & SafetyOwns this Policy and the category definitions; approves changes to dictionaries, classifier prompts and thresholds; owns the enforcement standard; final escalation point
Trust & Safety reviewersManual queue, appeals, confirmation of high-severity automated assessments
Designated CSAM handlersNamed individuals authorised to access quarantine, confirm assessments and initiate external reporting
Engineering (on-call)Availability and correctness of moderation controls; response to fail-closed alerts
LegalJurisdictional reporting obligations, preservation periods, regulatory correspondence
All staffEscalation of any suspected prohibited content encountered in the course of work

16. Quality Assurance and Policy Effectiveness

Moderation quality is measured, not assumed. The following are reviewed by Trust & Safety on a defined cadence:

  • block volumes by layer and category, with investigation of material shifts;
  • appeal rate and appeal overturn rate by category, as the primary false-positive indicator;
  • manual queue volume, decision latency and reviewer agreement rate;
  • evasion attempts observed, with resulting dictionary and pattern updates;
  • red-team testing of each layer, including deliberate injection attempts against the Layer 2 classifier and obfuscation testing against Layer 1 normalisation;
  • fail-closed event frequency, as an infrastructure reliability signal.

Findings that indicate a control gap result in a dictionary, pattern set or classifier prompt change under the change process in Section 17, and where the change is material, in a retrospective re-scan under Section 8.4.

17. Policy Governance and Review

This Policy is reviewed at least every six months, and immediately upon: a material change to the moderation stack; a change in applicable law or regulatory guidance; a requirement imposed by a payment provider, hosting provider or application store; or any incident revealing a control gap.

Changes to category definitions, pattern dictionaries, classifier prompts and thresholds are versioned, attributable to a named approver, and recorded such that any historical decision can be evaluated against the configuration in force at the time it was made.

This document describes the moderation controls operated by Onfans AI. It is not legal advice. Statutory obligations relating to child sexual abuse material, including reporting and preservation duties, are jurisdiction-specific and must be confirmed with qualified counsel.

Content Removal Policy

Updated

1. Purpose

Onfans provides AI-generated fictional characters and media. Although Content is synthetic, there may be situations where a generated character, image, video, profile, or other item appears to resemble a real person or otherwise raises rights, privacy, safety, or compliance concerns.

This policy explains how individuals may request review or removal of Content and how we handle those requests.

2. When Removal May Be Requested

You may request removal or restriction of Content if you believe it:

  • resembles you or another real person in a way that is unauthorized, misleading, harmful, or privacy-invasive;
  • uses a name, image, voice, likeness, persona, private information, or other identifying attribute without appropriate permission;
  • contains or implies sexual, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material involving a real person;
  • violates our Prohibited Content Policy, Content Moderation Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law;
  • involves a minor, a person who appears to be a minor, or suspected child sexual abuse material.

3. How to Submit a Removal Request

Send removal requests to support@onfans.ai. Include enough information for us to locate and assess the Content, such as links, screenshots, character names, account identifiers, dates, descriptions, and the reason you believe removal is appropriate.

If the request concerns you or someone you represent, include a short explanation of your relationship to the person depicted or affected. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents unless we request them.

4. Verification

To prevent abuse of the removal process, we may request reasonable verification of identity, authority, or relationship to the affected person. Verification may include account ownership confirmation, contact details, public references, signed statements, or other evidence appropriate to the request.

We will use verification information only to evaluate and process the request, protect rights and safety, comply with law, and maintain records of our decision where necessary.

5. Review Timeline and Immediate Removal

We aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days after receiving enough information to evaluate a removal request.

If we identify Content that appears illegal, non-compliant, exploitative, or otherwise presents urgent harm, we may remove or restrict it immediately while the review continues.

6. Possible Outcomes

After review, we may remove the Content, restrict access, disable a character, block future similar generation, request edits, preserve evidence, reject the request, or take account-level enforcement action.

We may decline requests that lack sufficient information, appear abusive, concern purely fictional Content without a credible rights or safety issue, or seek removal of Content that is lawful and does not violate our policies.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We handle removal requests confidentially and do not disclose requester information except as necessary to process the request, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or communicate with relevant service providers, authorities, or affected account holders where appropriate.

5. AI Content, Safety Review, and Model Improvement

The Services process prompts, messages, generated outputs, and related metadata to provide AI features. Because AI systems can generate unexpected or policy-violating outputs, we use automated and human review processes to detect abuse, enforce our policies, improve safety controls, debug issues, and maintain service quality.

Content may be reviewed by trained personnel or trusted service providers when it is public, reported, flagged, associated with suspicious activity, necessary for technical support, or required for legal or safety reasons. We may also use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to improve the Services, test features, perform quality assurance, develop moderation tools, and conduct internal research.

We do not intend for fictional AI companion preferences to identify a real person. However, user-provided prompts, uploads, and conversations may contain Personal Information if you include it. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless necessary for the feature you are using.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure usage, detect abuse, process affiliate or referral activity, and support marketing or analytics where allowed.

Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may be able to control cookies through browser settings or in-product privacy controls. Blocking cookies may affect functionality.

  • Affiliates and business partners where permitted and consistent with this policy.

We may disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. We do not sell Personal Information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money. Some advertising, analytics, or tracking activities may be considered a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under certain laws; where applicable, you may exercise opt-out rights.

8. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process Personal Information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, transfer risk assessments, provider commitments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete transactions, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, prevent fraud, preserve security, and resolve disputes.

Account information is generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to handle reactivation, support, fraud, legal, or compliance issues.

Payment and accounting records may be retained for periods required by tax, accounting, payment, and anti-fraud obligations.

Marketing information is retained until you opt out or until it is no longer needed for the purpose collected.

Security and debugging logs are retained for limited periods unless needed for investigation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Content may be retained while needed to provide features, maintain account history, investigate reports, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations.

If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify eligible information unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legitimate operational reasons.

10. Minors

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 or under the applicable age of majority. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Services or knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Services or that Content involving a minor appears on the Services, contact support@onfans.ai immediately.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your Personal Information; to withdraw consent; to opt out of marketing; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities; and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

1. Scope

This Prohibited Content Policy applies to all use of Onfans, including prompts, chats, character names, biographies, images, videos, voice features, uploads, generated outputs, profile content, metadata, public or private interactions, and any attempt to create or distribute Content through the Services.

Users are responsible for the Content they submit, request, configure, generate, upload, publish, or otherwise cause to be created through the Services.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, transmit, promote, or share Content in any of the categories below.

  • Illegal activity: Content that violates law or facilitates unlawful conduct, including illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, cybercrime, evasion of legal requirements, or instructions for criminal activity.

  • Non-consensual or exploitative sexual content: Content involving sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, stalking, harassment, humiliation of real persons, or lack of consent.
  • Real-person impersonation and likeness misuse: Content designed to resemble, impersonate, sexualize, deceive, harass, or exploit a real person, public figure, celebrity, or private individual without lawful permission where required.
  • Hate, harassment, and discrimination: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, caste, veteran status, or other protected or vulnerable status.
  • Violence and self-harm: Content that encourages, glorifies, instructs, or depicts serious real-world violence, self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, terrorism, extremist violence, or physical harm.
  • Human trafficking and exploitation: Content that promotes, depicts, recruits for, or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or coercive control.

  • Professional advice and high-impact decisions: Content intended to provide medical, legal, tax, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similar advice or automated decisions that could materially affect a person’s rights or opportunities.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, instructions, uploads, character settings, and generated outputs comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law. AI outputs may be influenced by your inputs and settings; you must not intentionally steer the system toward prohibited Content.

You may not claim that prohibited Content is acceptable because it is fictional, AI-generated, private, roleplay, fantasy, parody, or not intended for distribution. Some categories are prohibited regardless of context.

4. Moderation and Review

We use automated systems, human review, user reports, proactive audits, and payment or security signals to detect potential violations. Private interactions may be reviewed when they are flagged, reported, associated with suspicious activity, needed for support, or required for legal or safety reasons.

We may remove or restrict Content, block prompts, require edits, suspend features, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report matters to authorities or service providers where appropriate.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, blocked generations, content removal, feature restrictions, payment restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, reporting to payment processors, or referral to law enforcement or other authorities.

Repeated attempts to generate prohibited Content, evade filters, recreate removed Content, or assist others in violating this policy are independent violations and may result in termination.

Refund Policy

Updated

1. Purpose of this Policy

Onfans AI is operated by AVENORA AI LABS LTD (company registration number HE 495249). AVENORA AI LABS LTD provides the paid Services offered under the Onfans brand and handles refund requests under this policy.

This Refund Policy explains how Onfans handles payments, subscription cancellations, token purchases, refund requests, cryptocurrency payments, and chargebacks for the Services. It applies unless a different refund right is required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

For refund questions, contact support@onfans.ai.

2. Quality Issues and Service Defects

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality experience. If a paid feature is materially defective, unavailable due to an issue on our side, or materially different from how it was described at the time of purchase, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, provide one or more of the following remedies: correction of the issue, replacement access, account credit, token restoration, partial refund, or full refund.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. We generally aim to respond within 7 business days after receiving enough information to evaluate the request.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through account settings, the applicable app store or payment portal, or by contacting support@onfans.ai when direct cancellation is not available.

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges for the cancelled subscription.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unused time in a billing period is generally not refundable.
  • Deleting an account, uninstalling an app, or stopping use of the Services may not automatically cancel a subscription handled by an app store or third-party billing provider.

4. Tokens, Credits, and Digital Items

Purchases of tokens, credits, boosts, digital media, or other consumable digital items are generally final once delivered, used, consumed, or made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by us in our discretion.

If a token or credit purchase failed to deliver because of a technical error, contact us with your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and screenshots or receipts so we can investigate.

5. Right of Withdrawal for EEA, UK, and Swiss Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of the transaction date without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal statement to support@onfans.ai before the withdrawal period expires. Where the withdrawal is valid, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than the timeframe required by applicable law, generally using the original payment method.

For digital content or digital services, you may lose the withdrawal right once performance begins or digital content is provided if you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, where permitted by law.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible and subject to price volatility. Payments made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly approve a refund in a specific case.

Review wallet addresses, network selection, amount, currency, and order details carefully before completing a cryptocurrency payment.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@onfans.ai before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

We may suspend account access, restrict paid features, preserve relevant records, and dispute chargebacks that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or inconsistent with purchase records or this policy.

8. How to Request a Refund

A refund request should include your account email, transaction ID or receipt, purchase date, payment method, a concise description of the issue, relevant screenshots, and the remedy you are requesting.

Send refund requests to support@onfans.ai. We may request additional information to verify the account, transaction, or technical issue.

Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy

Updated

1. Purpose

Onfans uses pre-screening and post-screening controls to reduce the risk of illegal, abusive, exploitative, or policy-violating Content appearing on or being generated through the Services. This policy describes the types of Content screened and the review layers we may use before and after Content is displayed, generated, shared, or otherwise made available.

2. Content Subject to Screening

Screening may apply to:

  • AI-generated text, images, videos, audio, and other outputs;
  • user prompts, uploads, instructions, and interactions;
  • character names, biographies, descriptions, tags, categories, and profile fields;
  • usernames, avatars, account metadata, and public profile information;
  • payment, security, complaint, report, and abuse signals connected to the Services.

3. Pre-Screening

Before Content is displayed, generated, published, or otherwise made available, we may use automated systems and, in selected cases, human review to identify prohibited or high-risk material.

  • Prompts, uploads, and generation requests may be scanned in real time for prohibited patterns, terms, media, and behaviors.
  • Filters may block, modify, or route requests for additional review before a generation is completed or shown.
  • User-created characters, public profiles, tags, or media may be queued for manual approval where risk is higher.
  • Age, payment, location, sanctions, fraud, and account-history signals may affect access to features or content types.
  • Pre-screening is intended to reduce the likelihood that illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or policy-violating Content is created or made visible.

4. Post-Screening

After Content is generated, displayed, published, or otherwise made available, we may continue to monitor and review it for compliance.

  • Automated systems may continue to detect emerging risk patterns or violations not identified at the pre-screening stage.
  • Human moderators may review reported, flagged, public, trending, unusual, or high-risk Content.
  • Users and affected individuals may report Content to support@onfans.ai for review.
  • We may audit characters, prompts, tags, media, and account behavior to identify abuse or policy evasion.

5. Enforcement and Escalation

If Content or conduct fails pre-screening or post-screening, we may block the request, remove or restrict Content, disable a character, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, refund or void transactions where appropriate, or escalate to service providers, payment partners, authorities, or law enforcement.

Illegal or non-compliant Content may be removed immediately while investigation continues.

6. Limitations

Screening systems are not perfect and may produce false positives or false negatives. We may update, tune, or replace screening systems over time to respond to new risks, legal requirements, payment requirements, and user behavior.

7. Contact

To report a screening concern, policy violation, or mistaken moderation action, contact support@onfans.ai.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@onfans.ai of any suspected unauthorized access, security incident, or misuse of your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, inactive, abusive, underage, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or our policies.

4. Use of the Services

The Services may allow you to create, customize, chat with, generate, upload, display, receive, or interact with AI-generated characters, messages, images, videos, audio, prompts, profile information, and other material (collectively, "Content"). 5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not submit, request, generate, upload, share, promote, or otherwise use the Services for Content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.

We may investigate suspected violations, restrict or remove Content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report matters to payment processors, service providers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain any ownership rights you have in Content that you lawfully submit to the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have all permissions necessary to submit that Content and to grant the licenses described in these Terms.

By submitting, creating, or causing Content to be generated through the Services, you grant Onfans a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, perform, distribute, make available, process, analyze, and otherwise use that Content as needed to operate, provide, maintain, protect, enforce, market, and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

As between you and Onfans, you may own AI characters or outputs that you create through the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, these Terms, and any feature-specific rules. Ownership of an AI output does not give you ownership of the underlying model, software, platform, characters created by others, or Content owned by Onfans or third parties.

If you interact with AI characters created by Onfans or other users, you may receive outputs generated for your interaction, but you do not acquire rights in the underlying character, prompts, designs, templates, or platform assets unless expressly stated.

We may access, review, process, modify, restrict, remove, or preserve Content when needed to operate the Services, comply with law, enforce our policies, respond to complaints, protect users, or improve safety and quality.

The Services, including software, interfaces, systems, databases, models, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, website content, documentation, and all related intellectual property, are owned by Onfans or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you in Onfans intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

Feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations that you provide may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you, unless prohibited by applicable law.

8. AI Outputs and Third-Party Content

AI-generated outputs are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, fictional, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. You should not rely on outputs as factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.

The Services may contain user-generated Content, AI-generated Content, links, integrations, or materials provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party materials, websites, services, conduct, or claims.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any output or third-party material is suitable for your use and for complying with applicable law before using, sharing, or relying on it.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Tokens

Some Services may require payment, subscription, token purchases, or other paid access. Prices, billing cycles, available features, token balances, renewal terms, and refund eligibility may be shown at checkout or in account settings.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts, taxes, fees, and recurring subscription charges using the payment method you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date where automatic renewal is offered.

You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, network charges, or third-party fees associated with your purchase. Token or credit balances may be subject to feature-specific expiration, use restrictions, or account standing requirements.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. For billing questions, contact support@onfans.ai.

11. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and any cookie or tracking notices made available to you.

We may preserve Content, account information, logs, payment metadata, and other data when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, prevent fraud, protect users, or maintain platform integrity.

12. Termination and Service Changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, remove or disable Content, cancel paid access, limit features, or deactivate accounts at any time where we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate, including where you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, submit prohibited Content, fail verification, engage in fraud, or expose the Services to legal or operational risk.

We may modify, discontinue, or limit any feature, product, content type, pricing, or service availability at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Termination of your account does not affect rights and licenses that by their nature should survive, including licenses to Content, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and dispute provisions.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, remain uninterrupted, be free from defects or harmful components, generate accurate or appropriate outputs, or preserve any Content or account data for any particular period.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onfans and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or similar losses arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to Onfans for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onfans and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or related to: your use of the Services; your Content; your breach of these Terms; your violation of law; your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights; or your fraud, misconduct, or misuse of the Services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@onfans.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to address disputes in good faith.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Onfans waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, representative, consolidated, or private attorney general action, to the extent permitted by law.

The arbitration rules, governing law, seat, venue, and notice address should be finalized when the operating legal entity is selected. Until then, this section is intended as a draft framework and should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

You may opt out of the arbitration framework by sending a written notice to support@onfans.ai within 30 days after first accepting these Terms, unless a different process is required by applicable law.

17. General Terms

These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Onfans regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the Services.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. Unless a change is made for legal, security, or operational reasons, material changes will generally take effect no earlier than 14 days after posting. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Underage Policy

Updated

1. Adult-Only Services

Onfans is intended only for adults. The Services may include adult-oriented AI-generated fictional content, and users must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where they access the Services. If local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet the required age and are legally allowed to access adult digital content in your location.

2. Registration and Age Controls

During registration or before accessing restricted features, users may be required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Providing false age information violates our Terms of Service.

Where required by law, payment partners, platform rules, regional risk, or our internal compliance assessment, we may apply additional age or identity verification. Verification may involve trusted third-party providers, government ID checks, age estimation, facial or biometric checks where lawful, payment-method checks, or other approved age-assurance methods.

Verification requirements may vary by region and may change as laws, payment requirements, and risk standards evolve.

3. No Content Involving Minors

Users may not create, request, upload, publish, share, or attempt to generate any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, grooming, endangering, or otherwise prohibited Content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.

AI-generated or fictional Content that resembles minors is prohibited. Users may not use roleplay, fictional context, stylization, fantasy, anime, cartoons, or synthetic media as a justification for minor-like sexual or exploitative Content.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their prompts, uploads, character settings, conversations, and outputs generated through their interactions with the Services. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws, our Terms of Service, Prohibited Content Policy, Content Moderation Policy, and this Underage Policy.

You may not solicit personal information from minors, encourage minors to use the Services, share account access with minors, or help any person bypass age gates or verification controls.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated filters, review systems, user reports, and human moderation to detect underage access and Content involving or resembling minors. Where a system flags potential underage or minor-related risk, we may manually review relevant Content and account information.

If we believe an account belongs to a minor or that a user has submitted, requested, generated, or attempted to generate prohibited minor-related Content, we may immediately remove Content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and report to relevant authorities or service providers as required or appropriate.

6. Reports Involving Minors

If you believe a minor has accessed the Services, an account is being used by a minor, or Content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor appears on the Services, contact support@onfans.ai immediately. Include links, screenshots, usernames, character names, dates, and any other information that helps us locate and review the matter.

7. Privacy

If we learn that Personal Information from a minor has been collected through improper use of the Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete eligible information, block access, and preserve records where required for legal, safety, or enforcement reasons.
